We want your experience with activekoalas to be worry free. If your order contained items that were printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products.
Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN
A. Send us an email service@activekoalas.com with your order number, items and reason.
B. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
C. Please allow 2 to 4 business day to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been issued.
